How to delete your profile and request deletion of personal data on ZEEN Connect.
1. Delete your profile yourself
A user can delete their ZEEN Connect profile themselves from profile settings while signed in to their account.
2. Request deletion of all data
To request deletion of personal data connected to a user, send a request to info@zeen-connect.com. Include the account email, profile name, which registered platforms or connected accounts you want deleted, and a clear statement that you want the data deleted.
3. Processing after email receipt
After we receive the request, we verify the account and delete or anonymize data where legally permitted.
4. Legal retention
Data that must be retained for accounting, tax, security or legal obligations is kept only for as long as required by applicable law.
A user can request deletion of their data from the platform at any time. We process deletion requests after receiving an email at info@zeen-connect.com. In the email, the user should state which registered platforms or connected accounts they want deleted.
