Terms of use
Use of the platform
ZEEN Connect connects users with independent practitioners, service providers, treatments, consultations and workshops. The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, responsibly and with truthful information.
Role of the platform
ZEEN Connect enables provider profiles, bookings, payments and communication. The platform itself does not provide services, treatments, consultations or workshops and is not responsible for professional judgment, delivery or outcomes of individual offers.
Business model and platform commission
ZEEN Connect operates as a B2C online platform and marketplace that enables providers to use a public profile, publish services and workshops, manage calendar availability, receive bookings, communicate with clients, process payments through Stripe, review bookings, use promotions, administrative records, invoices, analytics and support tools. For these platform services, ZEEN Connect may charge the provider a pre-defined commission amount, fixed monthly fee or separate promotion fee, as displayed in settings, pricing, an offer, a contractual arrangement or the payment flow before confirmation. The commission is charged to the provider for the platform’s technology, intermediation, communication, booking, payment, calendar, promotion and administrative infrastructure; it does not mean that ZEEN Connect performs the service, assumes professional responsibility, guarantees outcomes or becomes a party to the service-performance contract between the user and the provider. The provider remains responsible for truthful data, lawful offers, service delivery, taxes, VAT, complaints and obligations toward users. The platform may deduct the commission from the provider payout or issue a separate statement or invoice according to the selected model.
Responsibility of providers
Providers are independent and are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, service descriptions, prices, schedules, communication with users, service delivery and compliance with applicable law and any required permissions.
Responsibility of the user
The user is responsible for their decision, choice of provider, participation in a service or workshop and for assessing whether an offer is suitable for them. The user should share important information that may affect safe delivery of the service.
Payments and cancellations
Payments are processed through Stripe. Cancellation, refund, schedule change and delay rules are shown for each service or workshop or during the booking flow. ZEEN Connect acts as a booking, payment and administration platform; the service itself is provided by the independent provider.
Refund process
If a user requests a refund within the permitted window, the request is recorded in the system and forwarded to the provider. The provider normally has 48 hours to approve or reject the request with a reason. If the provider does not respond within that time and the request was submitted inside the applicable refund window, the system may auto-approve the request under the platform rules. A refund is considered successful only when Stripe confirms that the refund has succeeded.
Consumer rights
For online purchases of services, consumers may have statutory withdrawal or refund rights under applicable EU and local law. Exceptions may apply to services tied to a specific date or period and to services that have already been fully performed with the user's express consent. The user must be clearly informed of these rules before payment.
Disputes about completed services
If the service has already been performed and the platform refund window is closed, and the user requests a refund because of alleged poor performance, dissatisfaction or an issue with the service, the user must resolve the claim directly with the provider. The provider, as the actual service supplier, is responsible for service quality, complaints, agreed reimbursements and legal compliance of the service.
Platform liability limitation
ZEEN Connect and the platform operator are not the provider of the services, treatments, consultations or workshops. The platform provides the technical environment, bookings, payments, communication, request records and administration. The platform does not assume responsibility for professional performance, outcomes, user satisfaction or the provider's business obligations except where the law expressly requires obligations from the platform operator.
Health notice
No provider, practitioner or content on ZEEN Connect replaces a doctor, emergency medical help, diagnosis, treatment, personal mentoring or any licensed healthcare service. Services are intended to support wellbeing and personal development. For medical, psychological or other serious concerns, always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Use at your own responsibility
You use the platform, profile information and provider services at your own responsibility. ZEEN Connect does not guarantee a specific result, effect or change in wellbeing after a service, treatment, consultation or workshop.
Provider transparency and unclaimed profiles
Providers must keep their business details, contact details, tax status, prices, qualifications and service limitations accurate. Unclaimed profiles are public directory/import records under manual review and are not bookable providers until the rightful operator claims the profile, verifies the email and completes the provider profile. Promotions or featured placements may be marked as promoted.
Mandatory consumer rights in the EU, UK and other jurisdictions
Platform rules do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. EU/EEA and United Kingdom consumers may have mandatory rights about pre-payment information, withdrawal, cancellation or complaints. Users in the United States and other jurisdictions may have additional local rights. If a service is tied to a specific date or period, or has already been fully performed with the user’s express consent, legal exceptions to withdrawal or refund rights may apply.
Service email notices and summaries
The platform may send essential transactional, security, legal and accounting notices, as well as compact service email summaries about unread messages, bookings, workshop registrations and refund requests. Summaries do not include private message content, only the number or type of new events. A user can disable optional email summaries in account settings; essential transactional, security and legal notices remain active where needed to provide the service or comply with law.
Optional marketing emails
Zeen Connect sends marketing emails to users who explicitly enable them in account settings and to contacts on lawfully obtained imported mailing lists where the controller has an appropriate legal basis or consent. Marketing emails may include platform news, featured offers, workshops, articles or editorial recommendations. Consent is not required to use the platform and can be withdrawn at any time or removal can be requested; withdrawal does not affect essential transactional, security, legal or accounting notices.
